- A case has been registered against the accused arrested in the case under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
- Both the accused were produced in a magistrate court on Tuesday. Police demanded custody of the accused for 14 days to find the mastermind of the case.
